Pure Motorsport/Bilstein 2 Way Full Coilover Kit Clio 3 RS

This Pure Motorsport/Bilstein coilover kit is a very similar design to the Cup racer suspension, but with two way independent bump and rebound adjustment.  This particular kit has been developed in conjunction with Bilstein UK.

The front coilover is a monotube, upside down design with strong steel casing and features a parallel spring with custom top spring platform with two way damping adjuster at the base of the casing.   The front damper must be used with our Cup racer style top mounts, or existing cup racer top mounts.  If you don't already have the weld in plates you can find these here.

The rear coilover unit is an all aluminium body with a large range of ride height adjustment.  The rear coilover features spherical bearing bottom and top mounts and are supplied with a top mount clevis that bolts into the body.

The lower mounting uses a spherical bearing with spacers to give more spring to body clearance as it's very tight on Clio 3 models.  With these coilovers you will need to modify the body slightly to give clearance for the larger diameter springs.

On front and rear dampers the two way adjusters offer a 10 click adjustment with clear feedback to provide accurate, repeatable adjustment.

Designed primarily as a suspension kit for use on circuit this is equally at home in a hillclimb/sprint car with the specification of appropriate rate springs.

Circuit 60N/mm front, 600lb/in rear

Circuit harder setup 70N/mm front, 650lb/in rear.
