Fabricated Aluminium Radiator Kit for Throttle Body Kit

This is a very high quality fabricated aluminium radiator kit that is lower mounted than the standard radiator for use with our throttle body kits - comprised of:

• Nissens very high quality radiator core, 40mm for Clio cup race cars, 50mm for Clio 2 RS models
• Aluminium pegs to drop into existing mounts in front subframe
• Aluminium ducting
• Mounting brackets, rubber bobbins for top mounting points, screws, nuts and bolts

The aluminium ducting helps to keep air flowing into the radiator instead of around it.  The lower height allows room for the throttle body air intake to have uninterrupted cold airflow into the filter.  The ducting has a hole in the right hand side of the car to allow access for oil cooler pipes to come through to the front of the radiator.

The option for fitment to Clio Cup Racecars have a raised and angled bottom hose position so that the hose easily clears the bottom gearbox mount.  It is also slightly lower to allow for the slight difference in engine mounting angle that gives a lower throttle body position.

Option of Comex high powered pull type fans and fitting kit suitable for use with these radiators.  This option is for 2 x 9" fans.

Option of Revotec electronic fan controller - Each unit is Non-Leaking, Incredibly easy to install, operate and overcomes all the problems associated with any capillary action and clip on devices. Each system is supplied with a relay and all necessary fittings

On PH2 Clio models some of the panel behind the left hand headlight needs to be removed to allow these radiators to fit.  This is quick and easy and not a big modification.
