Clio 3 RS Rear AP Brake Conversion

This brake kit is to fit twin piston CP6120 AP racing brake calipers to the rear of a Clio 3 RS.  There are options of discs in either 274mm or 300mm.

The kit is predominantly for rally or race cars, there is no provision for a handbrake or ABS.  The 274mm discs allow the fitment of smaller 15" wheels for loose surface rallying and 16" or 17" wheels for the 300mm brake discs.

The discs are from Brembo, feature an integral wheel bearing and can be fitted directly to the Clio 3 stub axle.

The brake brackets fit between the stub axles and the rear axle.  The rear stub axles have some camber angle machined into the back of them, so the standard stub axle needs to be modified to remove this angle.  They need the original brake bracket cutting off and machined as per the photos.

The brackets are machined from aluminium and hard anodised.  They are supplied with mounting bolts, (and spacers for the 300mm kit)

The AP calipers have 2 x 44.5mm pistons - we can also supply the calipers with 38.1mm pistons (please contact us for this option).
