Clio 2 RS Lightweight Pulley Kit With Aircon Delete

New and improved design!

This pulley kit has been designed to make it easy to remove the aircon on your 172/182 plus save you lots of rotating mass that will improve the power output of your engine and allow it to rev more freely. The ratios of pulley size also means that the alternator is rotating slower and sapping less power. By removing the air-con you will save over 16kg in total mass.

The kit also relocates your alternator as low as possible with a new mounting bracket. The belt is tensioned by using an eyebolt adjuster. All of the pulleys are a deep design that the belt sits down into - this stops the belt walking off the pulleys and drastically reduces the chance of the belt getting caught up in the cambelt.

All pulleys and brackets are CNC machined for precision and repeatability.

The kit includes all the parts you need to replace all of your engine pulleys (excl aircon of course!):
Lightweight steel crank pulley, zinc plated,
Alloy alternator pulley and spacer - Hard anodised 
Alloy power steering pump pulley and bolts - Hard anodised 
Alloy water pump pulley and bolts - Hard anodised 
Contitech multi V belt (4PK)
Alloy billet alternator mounting bracket and bolts.
Hard anodised billet alloy alternator mounting bracket and bolts.
Hard anodised alloy tensioning mechanism, mounting bolts and spacer.
Replacement cylinder head plugs - for cam timing access.

We can also supply a power steering delete kit to fit with this kit if you wish to delete your power steering as well.

This product removes the standard sprung tensioner so regular checks of belt tension is necessary, for this reason we recommend this product for motorsport use only.

The kit mounts the alternator in a low position close to the front crossmember where space is limited so your engine mounts must be in a good condition.

If you wish to upgrade your old kit you will need to replace all of the bracketry which can be purchased here.
