182 Racing Exhaust System

This is a manifold back racing exhaust system for the Clio 182.

This exhaust system features:

High quality construction using 304 stainless steel throughout, these systems are designed by us and are made by a UK supercar exhaust manufacturer exclusively for us.

Supplied with a choice of:

polished 3" slash cut tailpipes
polished 3.5" slash cut tailpipes
polished 3" rolled out tailpipes
brushed 3" straight cut tailpipes
brushed 3.5" straight cut tailpipes

Choice of decat, cat de-restiction kit or all stainless, free flowing sports catalyst.

The standard cat on the Clio 182 has a restriction in the outlet that reduces exhaust flow. The restriction brings the exhaust bore size down to 1 7/8" or 47mm. 
The cat de-restriction kit is a pre-assembled outlet cone with a lambda boss already fitted and brings the outlet up to the 2.5" 63.5mm bore of the rest of our racing exhaust system.  This allows the standard cat to be used with our exhaust system without the downside of using the standard cat

Uprated mounting brackets for the rear silencer that bolts into the original floor mounts which adds lots of stability and longevity,

No compromise design with a 2.5" bore through to the rear silencer which has a proper straight through split design with 2x2" outlet,

Low noise levels to pass even the strictest track noise regulations - 
Noise levels without catalyst are 71dB at idle and 88dB at 4500 rpm.

Very lightweight construction giving a weight saving of up to 14.54kg over the standard Renault exhaust - less than half the weight!

The manifold back system with decat gives a noticeable gain in midrange power and torque with a dyno proven 6.6bhp increase at 4950rpm with an increase of 6lbft of torque.
Maximum power is up 2.9bhp and max torque is up 3.8lbft.
